At Natural Nail Bar, we strive to provide every guest with a relaxing, clean, and high-quality experience. To ensure the best service for all our clients, please review our salon policies below.
Appointments & Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and choose your polish or design.
Appointments that are more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time and technician.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
Repeated no-shows may lead to limited booking privileges.
Service Satisfaction
We take pride in our work! If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon so we can make it right.
Adjustments or fixes after you leave must be reported within 7 days of your appointment.
We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we’ll gladly address any concerns to ensure your happiness.
Payments & Gratuity
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Apple Pay, etc.).
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be given directly to your technician in cash or added to your payment.
Health & Safety
For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.
If you have open cuts, infections, or contagious conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
We strictly follow state board sanitation standards and disinfect all tools and stations after each client.
Children & Guests
We love children but ask that they be supervised at all times for safety reasons.
Due to space and safety, we kindly request that only those receiving services remain in the service area.
Designs & Pricing
Nail art pricing varies by design, time, and materials. Please ask for a quote before starting.

Personal Belongings Disclaimer Policy
To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, Natural Nail Bar kindly requests that clients keep all personal belongings secured and within their possession at all times while visiting the salon.
Natural Nail Bar is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen personal items, including but not limited to:
- Phones
- Wallets / purses
- Jewelry
- Keys
- AirPods / earbuds
- Eyewear
- Clothing / garments
- Any other personal belongings
While our team strives to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, customers are solely responsible for safeguarding their own property. We recommend keeping your items with you or in your direct view throughout your service.
